Shipping costs:
The Shipping costs appearing on the online order form only have an indicative value.
Actual shipping costs will be quoted on the confirmation e-mail.
They will be calculated acccording to the size and weight of the articles and the distance to delivery place.
They may be reduced according to the importance of the purchase.
No extra charges will be made for goods packing.
Ordering procedure:
Upon reception of an online order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the prospective buyer.
this e-mail will indicate shipping costs and include a link to Secure Payment Services.
Modes of payment:
Bank transfer is possible but will add to delivery delays as no expedition will be made before payment has been received.
Credit card payment :
Credit card payment is now possible through Secure online Payment System.
The procedure is crypted (SSL) and transmitted to the bank through a secure server.
All transactions are handled by bank services, no credit card detail is stored online.
In order to avoid orders for unavailable articles,
payment is possible as soon as article availability has been confirmed by e-mail,
We will forward the goods upon receiving payment confirmation.
An acquitted invoice and a certificate of authenticity will be included in the parcel.
We will inform you by e-mail of the departure of the parcel and of expedition references.
Conditions of sale and delivery :
Online sale is done in agreement with the laws and regulations governing
mail order sales in France.
In particular, as a buyer's protection measure, goods may be returned within a period of eight days following delivery.
The objects must be in good condition and sent in the original package.
Should goods be returned within this legal period, a refund will be made
on the basis of the nominal value of the articles as indicated on the invoice.
Please note that in such case, no refund will be made for shipping costs.
Insurance:
Insurance is included in forwarding costs.
You must always examine the content of the package upon reception.
If any damage has occured during transport, notification must be done to the transporter upon delivery.
Unless this is done, no claim for damage will be considered acceptable.
Special condition for sale of ceramics works :
If damage occurs during transports, and is confirmed by the parcel delivery service, we agree to refund the customer on the basis of the value indicated on the order or, if possible, to replace the damaged article with another of equivalent value by the same artist (to be chosen within our existing stock).
In such case, the subsequent shipping costs will be shared equally by the two parties.
